As a reminder, preliminary ATOM 1099 Firm and Broker year-end Reports will be available Monday, December 16, 2002, after 1:30 p.m.  Member firms can pick up their reports in their lock boxes on the Second Floor - South Tower.

 (Brokers can pick up their reports at the Lower Trading Floor Reception Desk after 1:00 p.m.)

 Firms should make any known adjustments for tax year 2002 by the close of business on Friday, December 13, 2002, in order for the adjustments to be reflected on the December 16th preliminary reports.  If you need to change your firms� tax ID for 2003, please wait until we have completed 1099 processing for the 2002 tax year.
